Pricing

All subscription prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST for Australian residents. Subscription payments must be received in Australian currency. We reserve the right to amend our subscription prices from time to time. While Australian Goods and Services tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination and these must be borne by you.

Frequency

We reserve the right to amend the frequency of G magazine from time to time. If the frequency of G changes, you will still receive the number of issues you have subscribed to.

Refunds

We will extend your subscription pro rata if we are at fault in a failure by you to receive an issue. A G magazine subscription may be cancelled at any time in writing. A refund will be provided for un-mailed subscription copies, and calculated as follows:

Subscription amount received less a stated amount for any gift included with the subscription, if applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of your first issue. If you do not receive your copy within the prescribed time frame please contact our customer service department on +61 2 9310 8500 or email subscriptions

Shipping is by surface mail throughout Australia and sea mail overseas.

The delivery of overseas orders is reliant on overseas postal services and we cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

We will commence your subscription with the issue current at the time your order is received and processed. If that issue is unavailable for any reason, we shall commence your subscription with the following issue.

The G Magazine renewal/subscribe a friend offer featured in G Magazine issue 10 is valid from 21 April 2008 to 19 May 2008, while stocks last for Australian and New Zealand delivery addresses only. If not specified the free book will be mailed to the account holder.

June 2008 Subscription Offer

The G Magazine subscription offer featured in G Magazine issue 11 is valid until 31 December 2008.
