Outback Chef Jude Mayall is teaming up with Sustainable Table to bring a taste of Aboriginal culture to your life and kitchen. Learn how to create a range of native, palatable delights, mix drinks with Australian botanicals and grow indigenous edible plants in your own backyard while indulging in a two-course seasonal lunch at the Merri Table Cafe. The day includes a native edibles talk and tour, lunch and canapes, a cooking demonstration, three matched alcoholic beverages and some native seedlings to take home and enjoy. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Gluten free options available.
