National Organic Week 2012

5 - 14 October, 2012

National Organic Week celebrates the benefits of organic produce to both farmers, the environment and your family. This event urges you to taste and feel the difference of eating organic produce, and know that by doing so, you are making a difference in the world.

The week will feature locally staged activities designed to increase awareness of the benefits organic produce poses. The growth of interest in the organic movement in Australia in recent years has been primarily because of the health benefits that can be gained by going organic, and so this event is the perfect opportunity for you and your family to either trial going organic for the week, or, if you are already doing so, to spread the word to others.
