Leeton Shire Council is seeking the services of highly motivated and appropriately experienced and/or qualified persons to fill the positions of Sustainable Leeton Development Officer, Events Coordinator and Tourism Officers.

Sustainable Leeton Development Officer (3 year fixed term) will have the responsibility for developing and implementing a range of strategies designed to encourage economic growth, encourage new investment, facilitate development of existing businesses and promote Leeton and the M.I.A. as the NSW region of choice for working, living and investing.

A salary in the range of $51850.00 to $63100.00 per annum plus superannuation is available depending upon qualifications and experience.

A highly regarded environmental, resources and global energyconsulting group, is currently looking to attract a Senior Manager to jointheir growing environmental services group with a particular focus onQueensland, New South Wales and South Australian clients from within theupstream oil and gas sectors. This opening will be based in the Brisbane headoffice.

Key to your success will be proven expertise in running teams of technicalspecialists charged with the development and overall management of variousenvironmental and/or approvals projects which may include environmentalassessments, formal EIA's, regulatory approvals, community consultation andenvironmental management support to projects. Other responsibilities include:
• Management overview of feasibility studies, site selection, due diligenceassessments and regulatory compliance / environmental management audits orinspections
• Manage team on various projects including resourcing, scheduling and overallreporting
• Develop realistic and practicable mitigation strategies for projects withspecialist inputs to the environmental sensitivity of a project area, and theassessment of environmental impacts
• Stakeholder liaison, consultation and/or negotiation with an extensive listof interested parties including clients, proponent's contractors, regulators,community groups, local authorities, state agencies, peak industry bodies,associations, indigenous parties, etc

It is anticipated that you will possess 10+ years experience in environmentalscience and/or engineering with excellent organisational, prioritisation andteam management skills evident from previous roles. First class communicationskills, written and verbal, are assumed along with the ability to contribute tothe firm's ongoing business development efforts especially by way of yourestablished network of industry and governmental contacts.

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to market and promote our exciting new Project Sunshine programme throughout the community.

Duties include:
• Project marketing, promotions and public relations
• Establishment and development of key project partnerships, with the media
• Extensive liaison with local print, TV and radio media
• Development and dissemination of media releases and marketing materials
• Representation at relevant promotions

Skills and qualities required:
