About the Role:

Citywide are seeking a horticulture Apprentice to join our Government House Team. As a Citywide Horticulture Apprentice you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day maintenance of parks and gardens in the Melbourne area whilst completing your Certificate III studies at TAFE.

This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for Horticulture to start their career with a rapidly expanding company, maintaining a number of large contracts with exposure to a diverse range of Horticulture roles and environments. If you possess a strong willingness to learn, have the ability to understand and take on instructions and have or are working towards gaining, a current Manual Drivers Licence then we want to hear from you. All ages/levels are encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills:

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
High Organisation skills and Attention to detail
Demonstrated interest in Horticulture

Highly Regarded:

Experience with interacting with public and volunteers
Experience in plant propagation
